Live to Ride, Ride to Live

Hi all,
Just wanted to mention that ProChaps are THE BEST half chaps I've ever come across. They are light, very stretchy, and come with fringe or plain.

I have a pair and love them! The neoprene in the stretchy side (covered in some kind of stretchy material) expands and contracts with whatever you're wearing, so you can wear them with jeans or with breeches and not stretch them out.

When you're wearing them with paddock boots, it looks just like you have tall boots on.

And they come in a LOT of sizes, including some large calf sizes and some short heights, so they fit virtually every rider.

The only drawback is that they are a good bit pricier than some other brands, but they are SO worth it!

Just wanted you to know if you're looking for half chaps, and maybe you have a birthday coming up..you might take a look at those.

Equestrian Collections sells them:)

Hello everyone,
Thank you for the suggestion. I am also looking into getting some chaps and I didn't know which one to go with.
I will be going to look into those chaps so thanks. I have been taking english riding lessons for almost a year. I love it. I can't wait for my next lesson.
These half-chaps from Arete are really great too: http://www.aretesaddlery.com/tack/apparel/chaps/cat_3.html

Check out the Iberian II. They have a nice high Spanish top, a stretchy gusset at the back, and they also have a tapered ankle. I'm short (15" from heel to back of my knee) with large calfs (16") :( but the Iberian II Plus size XL fits me perfectly. I love, love, love how stylish these look (just like tall boots, the leather and fit is beautiful)! Customer service is outstanding too. Equestrian Collections has fast become my favorite site and adding this line would be a bonus for all of us Fuller Fillies.
