Well I killed another copperhead hiding in the tall grass along the fence line yesterday. If it had not been for Daisy barking it may have bit Rosie on the nose. It was coiled tight striking. Thank goodness we are O.K. I have come to the conclusion the first and best line of defense is WEED WACKING. The vegetation looks so pretty in the Summer, you hate to cut things back. But it has to go so as not to offer the snakes cover.
