Matthew McConaughey Taught Me How to Post

'Now we'll learn how to Post" said my riding instructor. "It's not Up, Down, Up, Down but rather more like this" and she demonstrated moving back and forward from the hips (vs. up and down from the knees).

I thought about it for a minute and a very clear vision came to mind. "I get it!" I yelled excitedly. "I'll just picture having some fun with Matthew McConaughey!" I tried it and it worked!

She got it immediately and instantly laughed with a tiny blush. Good job the 8 year olds didn't. Oops :) :)
